  Herculase II Fusion DNA Polymerases     The Herculase II fusion DNA polymerase produces superior yields with extension times as short as 15 sec/kb (see Figure), even with genomic DNA targets up to 12kb. Herculase II fusion DNA polymerase helps overcome PCR challenges with successful amplification of targets of all complexity. It will easily amplifies targets that contain as high as 84% GC content. Herculase II is a critical component of the SureSelect protocol.  
  Pfu Ultra DNA Polymerases & PCR Master Mixes     First generation Pfu polymerases, such as cloned Pfu, PfuTurbo, andPfuUltra, have been improved upon.   PfuUltra II HotStartDNA Polymerase & PCR Master Mixes     The engineered PfuUltra II Fusion HS DNA Polymerase provides the world's most accurate copies and the fastest extension times possible. PfuUltra II Fusion HS DNA Polymerase is PfuUltra hotstart DNA polymerase coupled with a fusion polymerase technology and ArchaeMaxx PCR enhancing factor.  
  Exo- Pfu DNA Polymerase     Exo- Pfu DNA polymerase is a modified version of our cloned Pfu DNA polymerase suitable for [35S]dATP cycle sequencing reactions and nucleotide analog incorporation.  
  Paq5000 DNA Polymerases & PCR Master Mixes     The Paq5000 DNA polymerase is a robust Taq substitute that is derived from a Pyrococcus species. This enzyme provides equivalent and often better performance to endpoint Taq DNA polymerase amplification and can be substituted easily into many Taq-based procedures.
  SureStart Taq DNA Polymerase     SureStart Taq DNA polymerase‡ is a hot start Taq DNA polymerase. SureStart Taq can be incorporated into PCR protocols previously optimized with Taq DNA polymerase, with little or no modification of cycling parameters or reaction conditions.  
  Taq2000 DNA Polymerase     Taq2000 DNA polymerase is a highly purified, recombinant Taq DNA polymerase cloned from the thermophilic eubacteria, Thermus aquaticus.  
  TaqPlus Precision PCR System     The TaqPlus Precision polymerase mixture is an optimized blend of Stratagene cloned Pfu DNA polymerase and Taq2000 DNA polymerase, a highly purified, recombinant version of Taq DNA polymerase. The TaqPlus Precision PCR system exhibits the highest replication accuracy achieved using DNA polymerase mixtures.  
  AccuScript High Fidelity Reverse Transcriptase & RT-PCR Kits     AccuScript High-Fidelity Reverse Transcriptase (RT) delivers the highest reverse transcription accuracy currently available. This new MMLV-derived RT generates cDNA with 3 to 6-fold fewer errors, while promoting full-length cDNA synthesis and superior RT-PCR performance.  
  AffinityScript Multiple Temperature Reverse Transcriptase & RT-PCR Kits     AffinityScript Multiple Temperature Reverse Transcriptase (RT) produces high cDNA yields over the broadest temperature range with high affinity to primer/template complexes. It delivers high cDNA yield when amplifying low RNA input amounts and resolving RNA secondary structure using temperatures up to 55°C.
  Easy-A One-Tube RT-PCR Kit    

The Easy-A One-Tube RT-PCR System offers high efficiency TA/UA cloning with high fidelity in a one-tube RT-PCR format. The simple format includes 1st strand cDNA synthesis reagents and Easy-A PCR cloning enzyme, which has equivalent fidelity to Pfu and PfuTurbo DNA polymerases, for amplification.

  MMLV Reverse Transcriptase     The MMLV reverse transcriptase should be used for the preparation of cDNA for the construction of cDNA libraries for RT-PCR.  
  RNAMaxx High Yield Transcription Kit     The RNAMaxx high yield transcription kit is designed to produce large quantities of RNA quickly and easily from a DNA template. Just 1 µg of template can yield 80 to 100 µg or more of RNA transcript in one short incubation.  
  Easy-A High-Fidelity PCR Cloning Enzyme & Master Mix     Easy-A high-fidelity PCR cloning enzyme combines the higher accuracy of a proofreading enzyme with the high cloning efficiency of Taq. PCR products amplified with the Easy-A PCR cloning enzyme can be cloned directly, without performing additional steps typically required when amplifying with proofreading polymerases.  
  PfuTurbo Cx Hotstart DNA Polymerase     The PfuTurbo Cx hotstart DNA polymerase is formulated with a mutant of PfuDNA polymerase that overcomes uracil stalling completely, allowing the polymerase to read through uracil located in the template strand or incorporated into the extending strand. Since uracil read-through can introduce mutations that adversely impact fidelity, we have further engineered the mutant polymerase to increase the level of proofreading activity.  
  PicoMaxx High Fidelity PCR System & Master Mix     The PicoMaxx high fidelity PCR system reliably produces high PCR product yields on a wide variety of templates up to 10 kb. It also provides superior sensitivity by successfully amplifying samples where starting material is limited.
