Agilent Tape Station for NGS and Microarray QC
The Agilent TapeStation system is an automated electrophoresis solution for the sample quality control of DNA and RNA samples. The system integrates an instrument, data processing software, reagents, and ScreenTape devices specific for DNA and RNA. It is suitable to analyze size, quantity, and integrity of your samples by using 1µl to 2µl of nucleic acid. It fits for example in a next-generation sequencing (NGS) or biobanking workflow with low to high throughput delivering highly precise analytical evaluation
TapeStation has two models and they are:
- 4150 TapeStation System:
Economic, entry-level system for the analysis of up to 16 DNA and RNA samples per run.
- 4200 TapeStation System:
DNA and RNA sample quality control with flexible throughput (1-96) at a constant cost per sample.
